If your ad has been cancelled and should not be showing online, please email us at [email protected] and provide as much information as possible. Our team will investigate during business hours and respond to you within 2 business days.
You can place your notice in 3 ways:
Online: https://myads.thewestclassifieds.com.au/
Email: Send your ad content, images and contact details (including name, address and best contact phone number) to [email protected]. Our team will format the ad for you and contact you for payment prior to appearing in The West Australian.
Phone: You can call us on 13 22 80 (+61 8 9482 2300 for interstate/international callers) and we can place the ad for you in The West Australian.
All ads that print in The West Australian will appear on www.thewestclassifieds.com.au unless requested otherwise.
You can make an alteration to your print ad by calling 13 22 80 before the deadline prior to printing. If your ad has already gone to print, you can email us at [email protected] to correct an online ad.
If you would like to report an issue contacting a seller in an ad, please contact us and provide as much information as possible. We will respond to you within 2 business days.
