Notice to Creditors and Claimants

In the matter of the Estate of Brett Alexander Madden late of 10 Mull Grove, Ocean Reef in Western Australia, Commerical Real Estate Leasing Agent, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act, 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 January 2022, are required by the Executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the Personal Representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
